About the Role

We are looking for a resourceful, execution-focused Organic Growth & Outreach Specialist to build and run our client acquisition pipeline from scratch—without relying on paid software, ads, or expensive automation platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle: manually sourcing high-intent leads, executing creative organic outreach, holding discovery calls, and closing deals. If you know how to leverage free platforms, social networking, and sharp personal communication to bring in revenue, we want to talk to you. Key Responsibilities

Zero-Budget Lead Sourcing: Prospect and build targeted lead lists using free public sources, native LinkedIn search, industry directories, and active online communities (Reddit, forums, groups).

Organic & Direct Outreach: Plan and execute multi-channel organic outreach strategy via direct messaging, personalized email, and active community engagement.

Pipeline & Relationship Building: Nurture prospects through thoughtful, high-value interactions without relying on automated drip campaigns.

Discovery & Closing: Lead discovery calls, present tailored solutions, handle objections, and close deals directly.





Process Tracking: Maintain pipeline organization and tracking using free CRM tiers or structured Google Sheets/Notion workflows.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven Scrappiness: 4+ years of experience in B2B organic lead generation, cold outreach, or full-cycle sales using zero-budget strategies.

Full-Funnel Ownership: Comfort with handling every single stage—from manual prospecting to final contract signing.

High-Impact Communication: Exceptional written communication; ability to write highly personalized, non-generic outreach that gets responses.

Platform Savvy: Solid understanding of how to find and engage potential buyers on native platforms (LinkedIn, email, niche forums, groups).

High Autonomy: Self-motivated and resourceful. You don't rely on paid tools or documentation to get results—you find creative ways to reach decision-makers.
