Key Requirements

Job Purpose

- Process and Manage Inward and Outward Clearing Cheques

Job Duties & responsibilities

- Processing & managing Inward and Outward clearing cheques and Coordinating with vendors and Branches
- Should have the ability to handle queries for Inward and Outward cheques
- Should have sound knowledge of Cash Management Services -especially- Cheques, Cash and NACH processing
- Improve operational Controls and ensure Compliance to all regulations.
- Analysing & Improvising various transactional reports & Vendor reporting
- To perform reconciliation for the process.
- Assist in reviewing/developing Department Operating Instructions and ensure adherence of Policy and Procedures.




- Query Handling for External & Internal stakeholders for cheques
- Monthly Reporting.
- Monthly review of Processing
- Monthly review of Vendor SLA

Required Experience

- Ability to work in 365 day working and flexible schedule
- Knowledge of Cheques, Cash and NACH transactions.
- Ability to learn new products
- Good team Player
- Reconciliation process
- Good communication skills

Education / Preferred Qualifications

- Minimum of graduation from recognised university
