Job Location - Udaipur Summary The MIS Executive plays a key role in enhancing revenue through effective parts sales support The role focuses on efficient execution of order-to-invoice processes reducing turnaround time for parts delivery maintaining accurate inventory tracking and bridging operational gaps between stakeholders Purpose of the Job Tracking Analysis Monitor AMC and damage parts across multiple sites ensure timely offer submissions and follow up for approvals Support in VMI Operations Act as a backup for the VMI Executive as part of the succession plan Documentation Assist warranty and parts sales teams in documentation and coordination with customers and internal departments Site Engagement Support mining project sites through machine audits explore new opportunities and improve service visibility Key Responsibilities Provide parts support to customers and internal stakeholders Prepare and monitor AMC damage parts tracker across all sites Ensure timely submission of offers and continuous follow-ups for approvals Maintain documentation and tracking of unapproved damage parts Support the VMI Executive in day-to-day operations Process Maintenance Orders MO and coordinate with customers for approvals Submit invoices in Ariba and coordinate with SSC for payment collection Liaise with OD team for release of Pick Notes PN and track parts consumed against approvals Required Competencies Robust proficiency in data management using MS Excel Maximo SAP and other platforms Understanding of equipment maintenance and mining operations Effective communication persuasion and stakeholder management skills Experience 3-5 years of relevant work experience in MIS and data analysis Prior exposure to equipment maintenance or mining projects will be an added advantage Education Bachelor s degree in Commerce Science or Diploma in Mechanical Automobile Electrical Engineering Certifications in MS Office Advanced Excel preferred Other Information Strong command of advanced MS Excel features and data management tools The employee may be required to undertake additional responsibilities aligned with the role as it develops
