- Proven experience running Meta Ads for online coaches, consultants, or high-ticket service businesses.
- Solid understanding of lead generation campaigns and conversion tracking.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of landing pages, funnels, pixels, and analytics.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google & Meta ad campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads while maintaining target CPL and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research and A/B testing.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
- Collaborate with the creative and funnel teams to improve campaign performance.
