Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing automation campaigns across email, SMS,

- WhatsApp, and web push notifications.

- Support bulk campaigns, ad-hoc communications, and customer engagement initiatives.

- Implement basic drip campaigns and automated workflows.

- Manage and maintain marketing automation tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
- platforms.

- Upload, segment, and manage contact databases.

- Create and manage customer segments based on behavior, demographics, and engagement.

- Track and analyze key campaign metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversions.

- Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness.

- Work closely with content and design teams to create effective email and message creatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in marketing automation or digital marketing.

- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
- platforms.
