Role Description The Marketing and Design Intern role is an internship position based in Chennai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home days. In this role, the intern will support the marketing team by creating visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, and marketing collateral that align with brand guidelines. The intern will assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives, including content creation, basic copywriting, and social media management, as well as helping track campaign performance.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing design drafts, iterating based on feedback,



and conducting basic market or competitor research to inform design and messaging. The position offers hands-on experience in a technology-driven compliance workplace and the opportunity to learn how marketing and design contribute to brand growth.

Qualifications

Ability to create and refine visual designs for digital media, including graphics, layouts, and basic UI elements.

Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software) and an understanding of branding fundamentals.

Interest in digital marketing, social media marketing, and content creation for online channels.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with team members.

Attention to detail, good time management, and ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines.

Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree or diploma program in design, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.

Comfort working in a hybrid setup from Chennai, with readiness to attend in-office days as required.

Curiosity about AI, cloud technologies, and compliance solutions, and willingness to learn about the company’s domain.
