This role is for one of our leading manufacturing client in the Fashion / Apparel Industry

Role & responsibilities

- Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation and drive successful adoption across the organization.
- Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies, employee engagement initiatives, and employer branding campaigns.
- Create compelling communication content, including leadership messages, newsletters, presentations, videos, posters, digital creatives, and campaign materials.
- Partner with business leaders and HR to manage stakeholder engagement, change communication, and organizational readiness.
- Design and deliver training, awareness, and adoption programs to ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
- Monitor change effectiveness through analytics, employee feedback, and communication metrics, while driving continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.




- 815 years of overall experience with at least 5 years of dedicated experience in Change Management and Internal Communications.
- Proven experience in organizational transformation, HR transformation, ERP/SAP implementation, digital transformation, or large-scale change initiatives.
- Robust expertise in stakeholder management, change communication, employee engagement, employer branding, content development, and campaign management.
- Creative mindset with experience in developing impactful communication materials, digital content, videos, presentations, and branding campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and employees across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, collaboration platforms, employee engagement tools, and project management applications.
- Work from Office (6 days)
