About the Job

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Operations Associate to join our team. This role offers an excellent prospect to work at the intersection of litigation, legal operations, technology, and strategic case management. The ideal candidate will work closely with the in-house legal team and senior advocates while contributing to the efficient management of legal matters and operational processes.

About the Role

As a Legal Operations Associate, you will support the legal function through legal research, litigation coordination, and drafting of legal documents. You will also leverage AI-powered legal tools to improve workflow efficiency and assist in managing end-to-end legal processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare case briefs.
- Coordinate and attend court hearings, when required.
- Coordinate with the Senior Advocates.
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and monitoring litigation and case strategies.
- Draft and review a wide range of legal documents, including notices, agreements, replies, legal opinions, affidavits, applications, and other legal correspondence.
- Track litigation matters, maintain legal records, and ensure timely follow-ups.




- Work with AI-enabled legal tools to streamline legal research, drafting, and operational workflows.
- Support legal operations by maintaining documentation, reports, and compliance trackers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective legal risk management and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

- Understanding of litigation procedures and legal drafting.
- Knowledge of legal research and analytical skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple matters while meeting deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working with legal technology and AI-based tools.
- Team-oriented with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Background

- Prior internship or work experience in litigation, legal operations, or corporate legal functions.
- Exposure to court proceedings and coordination with advocates.
- Experience using legal research platforms and AI-powered legal solutions.
- Familiarity with legal process management and operational workflows.

Eligibility

- LL.B. Graduate and Equivalent
- 0–3 years of experience. Candidates having prior experience in Legal Operation will be preferred
