Role: Oversee and manage BPO operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, client satisfaction, and team performance.

Responsibilities

- Lead and develop the BPO team, handling recruitment, training, and performance management.

- Establish and optimize operational strategies to meet client needs and internal goals.

- Build strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and identifying improvement opportunities.

- Streamline processes, reduce costs, and maintain high service quality and compliance.

- Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.

- Foster a team-oriented work environment and provide continuous coaching to the team.

Requirements:

- Min. 3 to 4 years experience in Team handling and managing BPO/ KPO operations





- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.

- Proven BPO operations management experience with a focus on leadership and service delivery.

- In-depth understanding of BPO processes and industry trends.

- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

- Ability to drive data-driven decisions and ensure data security and compliance.
