We Are Hiring A Chemical R&D;/QC Lab Operator/Engineer

:

A Chemical R&D; Lab Operator supports by executing chemical experiments, preparing formulations, and operating analytical equipment to develop new products or improve existing materials. They manage laboratory inventory, maintain equipment, and ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations while accurately recording research data.

Experience:

Minimum 01-03 Years In Chemical Production

Qualification:

Diploma/ Degree in Chemical Engineering.

Job Role & Responsibility:

1- Experimentation & Testing: Prepare chemical solutions, synthesize compounds, and run bench-scale experiments or pilot tests as directed by R&D; Engineers.

2- Equipment Maintenance: Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot standard laboratory instruments (e.g., spectrometers, chromatographs) to ensure optimal functionality.

3- Data Management: Record, compile, and analyze experimental data, clearly documenting the results in laboratory notebooks or electronic management systems.

4- Inventory & Upkeep: Manage the receipt, storage,



and disposal of chemical substances and hazardous waste in compliance with environmental laws.

5- Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to Positive Laboratory Practice (GLP) and safety standards, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Skills Required:

1- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of chemical formulations, molecular interactions, reaction mechanisms, and physical properties.

2- Attention to Detail: High precision in measuring, weighing, and recording data to guarantee the reproducibility of experiments.

3- Analytical Skills: Familiarity with data interpretation, statistical tools (e.g., Excel, JMP), and scientific software.
