Role & responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their preferences and guiding them to suitable pieces
- Drive in-store sales and consistently work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build genuine customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of silver jewellery designs, materials, and pricing
- Handle billing, invoicing, and daily cash/UPI reconciliation accurately
- Support inventory management stock counts, tagging, and coordination on daily closing checklists
- Ensure the store is well-presented, with displays and merchandising maintained to brand standards
- Assist with order fulfilment and coordination for Instagram, WhatsApp, and website orders as needed
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, and after-sales service with professionalism and care
- Report daily sales summaries and flag stock or operational issues to the Store Owner/Operations Head
