Position - Infra Project Manager

Experience - 5+ Yrs as PM

Location - Sambhajinagar (WFO)

Notice Period - 15 to 20 Days

: Site IT activity management and coordination

- Overall coordination of IT infrastructure deployment at plant site
- Daily project monitoring and reporting
- Coordination with EPC contractors, OEM line builders and IT vendors
- Manage installation schedules for network, servers, and end-user systems
- Risk tracking and mitigation planning
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies
- Manage site access approvals and logistics for vendors
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports
- Coordination with HQ IT leadership

- IT Infrastructure project management

- Network and server fundamentals
- Vendor management
- PMP / Prince2 preferred
- Plant IT deployment experience

- Risk register
- Vendor coordination reports

- Strong Project Charter and Project Initiation Experience
- Active Execution Ownership with Field Follow-up Orientation
- Multi-Vendor and Cross-Functional Team Coordination Experience
- IT Infrastructure and Digital Implementation Technical Understanding
- Governance, MIS, and Escalation Management Capability
- Risk Identification with Strong Problem-Solving Attitude
- High-Energy, Proactive Candidate with Solid Sense of Urgency (Most Critical)
