Summary An exciting opportunity for experienced IT Infrastructure Engineers to manage enterprise-grade Windows and Linux environments, virtualization platforms, and endpoint infrastructure. You'll work on contemporary server administration, virtualization, security hardening, and enterprise infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional IT teams.

Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers in production environments.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise file services.
- Handle Windows 11 deployment, troubleshooting, patch management, and system upgrades.
- Monitor and manage virtualization platforms including VMware ESXi, vCenter, Hyper-V, and Proxmox.
- Configure user accounts, security groups, permissions, and domain policies.
- Perform server health monitoring, backup validation, and disaster recovery activities.
- Manage endpoint administration using tools such as ManageEngine Endpoint Central.
- Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, network, and application-related issues.
- Perform vulnerability remediation and infrastructure security hardening.
- Support firewall, VPN, NAS storage, and remote branch infrastructure.
- Administer Linux environments, including SSH, package management, permissions, and OS patching.
- Configure Windows Remote Desktop Services (RDS), Network Policy Server (NPS), and Windows Certificate Authority (CA).

Requirements

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure Administration.




- Strong experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Windows 11 Administration.
- Hands-on expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy Management, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience administering Linux environments (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL).
- Strong knowledge of VMware ESXi, vCenter, Hyper-V, Proxmox, or similar virtualization platforms.
- Experience with SSH, file system management, and remote server administration.
- Knowledge of endpoint management solutions such as ManageEngine Endpoint Central.
- Experience with vulnerability remediation, server security, firewall, VPN, and NAS administration.
