Position: Medical Query Executive International Patients
Key Responsibilities
- Handle medical queries received from international patients and overseas partners.
- Coordinate with doctors to obtain medical opinions and treatment plans.
- Review medical records and prepare case summaries.
- Ensure timely responses while maintaining high-quality patient communication.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for seamless patient care.
Eligibility
- BDS / MBBS / BHMS/ BAMS
- 1–5 years of experience in medical query management, international patient services, telemedicine, or clinical coordination
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Solid medical knowledge and documentation skills
- Experience in handling international patients will be preferred
