We are seeking a skilled and motivated Injection Molding Setter/Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining injection molding machines, while also overseeing a small team to ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up (including Loading/Unloading Molds) and adjust injection molding machines for production runs as well as trials.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and consistency of molded products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with molds, machines, and processes.
- Supervise and train team members, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain production schedules and report on performance metrics.




- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of Molds and Machines.

Requirements:

- Proven experience of a minimum of 6 years as an injection molding setter or similar role.
- Robust knowledge of injection molding processes, tools, and materials.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- 12 Hours Work shift with weekly rotation to day and night shifts.
- Approx Salary - 28k - 33k per month based on experience. OT will be separate if you work more than 12 hours based on necessity.
