Role Description The Information Technology Administrator For Abroad Jobs is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad. This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user systems used in immigration and visa consulting operations. Daily activities include monitoring system performance, managing user accounts and access, installing and updating software, and ensuring data security and backup procedures are followed.

The IT Administrator will respond to technical support requests from staff, diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, and coordinate with external vendors when necessary. The role also involves documenting IT processes, implementing best practices, and contributing to technology improvements that support efficient and secure service delivery.

Qualifications





Candidates should possess strong Technical Support skills, including diagnosing user issues, resolving software and hardware problems, and providing clear guidance to non-technical team members.

Candidates should possess Network Administration skills such as configuring routers and switches, managing LAN/WAN connectivity, and monitoring network security and performance.

Candidates should possess System Administration skills, including managing servers and operating systems, handling user accounts and permissions, and performing regular maintenance and backups.

Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to systematically identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues across systems, applications, and network components.

Candidates should possess broad Information Technology knowledge, encompassing IT security basics, software deployment, hardware management, and familiarity with enterprise tools.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in a professional IT support or administration role, preferably in a service-oriented or consulting environment.

Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently on-site in Bengaluru, and manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced setting.
