- Only Industrial Electrician Preferred with a minimum of 10 years of experience

- Valuable English language skills to communicate with Serbian Clients (Must Have). Attending the interview in Hindi is not allowed

- Set up wiring, conduits, motors, transformers, and switchgear based on blueprints.

- Testing & Diagnostics: Use testing devices to check voltage, resistance, and circuit continuity on heavy equipment.

- Maintenance & Repair: Perform scheduled checks and fix broken generators, drives, or production line parts quickly to limit downtime.

- Automation & PLCs: Work with programmable logic controllers and computerised manufacturing control systems.

- Safety Protocols: Follow strict regional and national electrical codes to prevent workplace hazards.





- Identify components inside an MCC panel.

- Read and explain a motor-control diagram.

- Wire a DOL starter with start, stop, overload and emergency-stop controls.

- Test a three-phase motor using a multimeter and megger.

- Diagnose a deliberately created control-circuit fault.

- Terminate an armoured cable with the correct gland and lugs.

- Set an overload relay based on the motor nameplate.

- Demonstrate lockout/tagout and prove-dead procedure.

- Identify common VFD fault codes and explain corrective actions.

- Prepare a brief breakdown and root-cause report.
