We are looking for a seasoned cybersecurity leader to head our India Cybersecurity & Customer Trust function. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving cybersecurity operations, customer trust initiatives, and regulatory engagement across India while partnering closely with global security leadership. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical cybersecurity expertise with executive stakeholder management, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Cybersecurity Leadership
Lead and manage the India Cybersecurity organization.
Drive cybersecurity strategy aligned with global security objectives.
Oversee Security Operations, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, Compliance, and Risk Management functions.
Build, mentor, and scale high-performing cybersecurity teams.
Partner with global CISO leadership to execute enterprise security initiatives.
Collaborate closely with IT, Engineering, DevSecOps, and Product Security teams. 2.
Customer
Trust & Executive Engagement Lead cybersecurity discussions during strategic customer engagements.
Represent the organization in executive-level security reviews and customer trust conversations.
Support enterprise sales by presenting the company's security posture.
Participate in security architecture reviews, audits, and contractual security discussions.
Act as the senior security advisor for customers in regulated industries including: Manufacturing
Aerospace
Defense
Critical Infrastructure 3. Regulatory & Government Affairs Serve as the primary cybersecurity representative for regulatory and government engagements in India.
Manage interactions with: CERT-In
Data Protection Board (DPDP)
Government Ministries
Defense and Regulatory Authorities
Ensure compliance with Indian cybersecurity regulations and data protection requirements.
Support regulatory audits, investigations, and policy consultations.
Build long-term relationships with government agencies and industry bodies.

Strong expertise in application security and product security.
Experience engaging with senior executives, customers, regulators, and government bodies.
Indian Citizenship is mandatory.
