Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager II PCB Engineering to lead a high-performing PCB engineering team responsible for the design, development, simulation, validation, and release of complex high-speed PCB solutions for next-generation Data Center and Networking products. The role requires strong technical expertise in PCB design along with proven people management experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead high-speed PCB design and development activities.
- Drive PCB layout reviews, SI/PI analysis, DFM validation, and design approvals.
- Manage and mentor a team of PCB Design Engineers.
- Establish PCB design standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Product teams.
- Drive continuous improvements in PCB design processes, automation, and productivity.
- Support new product development and advanced PCB technologies.
