Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter Non-IT Hiring to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in a recruitment consultancy handling end-to-end Non-IT hiring. The role requires strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple positions independently while working remotely.

Female candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment for multiple client requirements.
- Understand client hiring requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, salary expectations, and notice period.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and offer acceptance.
- Coordinate offer rollout and onboarding activities.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring.
- Achieve recruitment targets within the defined turnaround time.





Preferred Hiring Experience: Experience hiring for one or more of the following domains:

- Retail
- Healthcare

- Sales & Marketing
- Finance & Accounts
- Human Resources
- Procurement & Supply Chain
- Administration

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Experience in a staffing or recruitment consultancy is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

- Must be available full-time during office hours (9:00 AM 6:00 PM).
