Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and suites.
- Make beds and replace bed linen, towels, and toiletries.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize rooms and bathrooms.
- Replenish guest amenities, minibar items, and room supplies.
- Report maintenance issues and damaged items to the Engineering department.
- Handle lost and found items as per hotel procedures.
- Ensure rooms meet cleanliness and quality standards before guest occupancy.
- Respond promptly to guest housekeeping requests.
- Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and cleaning supplies.
- Follow hotel SOPs, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Front Office for room status updates.
- Ensure guest privacy, security, and confidentiality at all times.
