We are hiring for a US Healthcare Claims Process with a leading organization. This role involves managing US-based healthcare insurance claims, ensuring accurate processing, and delivering high-quality support as per defined process guidelines.
- Freshers are welcome
- Up to 3 years of experience in US Healthcare/Claims process preferred
- Good communication and comprehension skills
- Basic knowledge of US healthcare/insurance processes (for experienced candidates)
- Process US healthcare insurance claims accurately and efficiently
- Review and validate claim-related documents
- Ensure compliance with company and client guidelines
- Resolve queries related to claims processing
Work Details:
- Shift: Rotational Shifts
- Working Days: 5 Days Working
- Weekly Offs: Rotational Offs
