Position Overview:

1. Designations: Sales Officer, Business Development Executive, Relationship Manager, Agency Manager.
2. Salary: 2 LPA - 5.50 LPA
3. Age limit: Upto 45yrs
4. Location: All over Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

1. Portfolio Management: Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with existing high-value retail clients to increase customer retention and wallet share.
2. Client Acquisition: Proactively prospect and onboard new individual customers through cold calls, networking, and branch walk-in follow-ups.
3. Product Advisory: Identify customer financial goals and recommend suitable banking solutions (fixed deposits, personal/home loans, credit cards, and bancassurance products).
4. Compliance & Risk: Ensure strict adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and internal regulatory compliance policies.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with branch operations, credit underwriting, and wealth teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and service experience.
