Roles and Responsibilities Business Development:

- Identify and approach hospitals, diagnostic centres, medical colleges and healthcare organisations with recruitment requirements.

- Connect with hospital owners, directors, HR heads and other key decision-makers through calls, LinkedIn, emails and referrals.

- Understand and document the client’s hiring needs, salary budget, timelines and preferred candidate profile.

- Present the company’s recruitment services and negotiate fees, payment terms and other commercial conditions.

- Convert prospective clients into active recruitment mandates and complete the required onboarding formalities.

- Coordinate with the recruitment team and ensure timely sharing of candidates, interviews and client feedback.

- Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat requirements and referrals.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, placements and revenue.
