Initiative: Centre for Social Entrepreneurship & CSR

Key Deliverables (First 6-12 Months):

- Build strategic partnerships with CSR foundations, NGOs, government agencies, philanthropic organizations, and impact ecosystem partners.
- Develop a pipeline of CSR-funded projects, social innovation programmes, grants, fellowships, and impact partnerships.
- Identify societal challenges and facilitate collaboration with the School of Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Bennett Hatchery Foundation, and other CIE centres to design and deliver solutions.
- Lead the development of social entrepreneurship programmes, community innovation initiatives, impact challenges, and capacity-building workshops.
- Represent the Centre in national and international social innovation forums to strengthen partnerships and institutional visibility.
- Track programme outcomes, funding, partnerships, and measurable social impact while ensuring long-term sustainability of the Centre.
