Minimum Qualification -

BE / B.Tech in

Computer

Sciences or equivalent and Masters in Related field

Minimum Experience

1. Minimum 20 years of total experience.
2. Minimum 10 years of working experience in technology solutions, Digital Transformation or related field.
3. Multiple experience in IT and technology, including software development, solution architecture, design, cloud computing.
4. DevOps, Data Bases and APIs.
5. Experience in developing a minimum of one integrated application plan and roadmaps that addresses current and future state targets.
6. Experience in implementing large scale Government Projects with experience in delivery and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

1. Prioritising, managing, and overseeing multiple solution design and software development projects based on resource allocation, cost estimation, and total cost of ownership (TCO).
2. Designing, implementing, and delivering technology solutions within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
3. Ensuring design and delivery governance practices as well as process metrics to minimize cost wastage and business disruption.
4. Improving software development processes to ensure quality assurance, repeatability, reusability, maintainability, and scalability.

Collaborating with related functions such as product, engineering, and divisions.
6. Introducing and exploring recent enablement technologies for process improvement, performing proof of concept when necessary.
7. Serving as an escalation point for all matters related to project execution and operating as a primary point of contact for the Solution Delivery department members.
8. Providing leadership and technical expertise for clients.
9. Managing and developing teams, including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and career development.
10. Ensuring effective communication with business partners and clients, both internal and external.
11. Developing and maintaining Enterprise Architecture and application portfolio strategy.
12. Leading large-scale integration efforts involving the entire product suite, giving direction to systems integration partners, client, and internal resources.
13. Conducting regular reviews of engagements to encourage proactive communication of status, risks, and mitigation plans.
14. Driving knowledge management and creating solution assets that are extendable and maintainable.
15. Taking accountability for translating vision to execution with overall responsibility for departmental P&L; in some cases.
