CSA Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans for projects to align with organizational goals and enhance project delivery efficiency.

Budget Management: Oversee and control project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and cost overruns are minimized.

Planning and Scheduling: Develop, review, and authorize construction plans, including detailed scheduling and resource allocation to ensure timely and productive project completion.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain a strategic role in client interactions, ensuring projects meet client expectations and addressing any issues promptly to maintain strong relationships.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and review project progress, preparing reports for senior management and making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks related to ensure smooth execution and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Handover & Close-Out: Oversee the completion and handover of DC projects,



ensuring that all contractual obligations and quality standards are fulfilled.
