Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pendurthi for the Head of Business Development, Production Planning and Commercial Excellence. The role involves leading business development initiatives across key markets, identifying growth opportunities, and building strategic partnerships in the environmental services sector. The individual will oversee production planning to align capacity, resources, and timelines with business targets, ensuring efficient utilization and cost optimization.

Responsibilities include driving commercial excellence by improving pricing strategies,



contract management, and margin enhancement, as well as coordinating closely with sales, operations, and finance teams. The role also includes monitoring performance metrics, preparing executive reports, and supporting senior leadership in strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong business planning and strategic planning skills, with the ability to translate organizational goals into actionable commercial and operational plans.

- Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate performance, and support data-driven decisions in production planning and commercial optimization.

- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in environmental services, infrastructure, or related industries.

- Account management skills for maintaining key customer relationships, managing contracts, and ensuring high service standards.

- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field; a postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.

- Familiarity with waste management, sustainability, or environmental solutions is highly beneficial.
