Job Title - Guidewire Business Analyst

Location - PAN India

Requirements

- Experience as a Business Analyst in Guidewire Claim Center implementations and support projects.
- Robust knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance domain and claims business processes.
- Expertise in Claim Center transaction lifecycle, including FNOL, exposure creation, reserves, payments, recoveries, and claim closure.
- Strong understanding of Exposure, Coverage, Reserve, and Payment rules and their business impact.
- Experience in LOB (Line of Business) mapping across Auto, Property, Liability, Workers Compensation, and Commercial Lines.
- Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and functional specification documentation.
- Experience working with business and technical teams to define solutions, support UAT, and manage defect triage.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and Agile delivery experience with Guidewire project teams Guidewire certification is an added advantage.
