If you love building communities, creating content, telling stories, and working in a fast-paced startup, we’d love to have you on board. ⸻ What You’ll Do ? Social Media Management Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & YouTube.
Plan, schedule and publish engaging content.
Track performance and improve content strategy.
Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates. ? Content Planning & Creation Plan weekly content calendars.
Shoot and edit Reels, Shorts, interviews and behind-the-scenes content.
Create storytelling content around creators, events and the Atives brand.
Work with designers to create engaging creatives and campaigns. ? Campus Marketing & Events Execute campus ambassador programs and college activations.
Organize workshops, meetups and promotional events.
Represent Atives at colleges, communities and exhibitions.
Build relationships with student clubs and institutions. ? Creator & Collaboration Management Identify and onboard creators, influencers and community partners.
Manage outreach, communication and collaborations.
Coordinate campaigns with creator partners.
Build long-term relationships with creative communities. ? Growth Marketing Execute campaigns to increase user acquisition and engagement.
Experiment with new marketing channels and growth ideas.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize results.
Work closely with the founding team on growth initiatives. ⸻ Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is:

Organized college fests or community events.
Worked with creators or influencers.
