We’re Hiring | Growth & Marketing Automation Manager – PropMatters

We’re looking for someone who can own the complete lead journey — from audience to conversion.

At PropMatters, this role will connect CRM, existing customer data, audience segmentation, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, paid campaigns, marketing automation, lead nurturing, scoring, and sales funnels into one measurable growth engine.

We’re looking for someone who thinks beyond running campaigns and understands who to target, when to engage, which channel to use, how to nurture, and when to hand a lead to sales.

Experience with CRM, marketing automation, lifecycle campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, email/SMS, Meta & Google audiences, funnel analytics, and lead scoring would be ideal.
