Role Description: The Graphic Designer at The Dcast Global plays a central role in shaping the visual identity of our events, brand communications, and client deliverables. This position requires a creative thinker with strong design fundamentals, the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals, and the versatility to work across digital, print, video editing, and motion graphics. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable collaborating with international clients and cross‑functional teams in a rapid‑paced event‑management environment.

Location: D’Mall Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, U.P., India

Probation Period: 3 months (performance-based confirmation)

Salary: 35,000 INR Key Responsibilities

- Develop high‑quality visual assets for digital and print platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and event themes.
- Design a wide range of creatives, including:

◦ Social media posts and digital ads

◦ Event and promotional banners

◦ Brochures, flyers, and posters

◦ Corporate presentations and pitch decks

◦ Branding materials such as logos,



icons, and event identities

- Create motion graphics, edit video, and animate content for event screens, social media, and promotional videos.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, events, and production teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions.
- Present design ideas clearly to internal teams and international clients, explaining creative rationale and visual direction.
- Ensure timely delivery of all design outputs, often working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adapt and optimize designs for various formats, platforms, and production requirements.
- Support onsite event branding needs when required, including last‑minute design adjustments.
- Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and project files.

Key Requirements

- Strong skills in Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Motion Graphics.
- Proven ability to design creatives for both digital and print, including:

◦ Brochures

◦ Posters

◦ Presentations

◦ Branding materials

- Excellent command of English, with the ability to explain design concepts to international clients.
- Flexibility to work beyond office hours when project timelines or event schedules require it.
- Proficiency in industry‑standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and related tools.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design and motion graphics work.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
