Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Government Tender Executive who can independently manage the complete tender lifecycle across GeM, CPPP, and other Central/State Government e-Procurement portals. The candidate should have hands-on experience in identifying relevant tenders, preparing bid documents, submitting bids, and coordinating until award.

Key Responsibilities Search and identify relevant Government tenders daily. Handle bidding on GeM, CPPP, Railways, AAI, ONGC, NTPC, BHEL, and State Government portals. Review eligibility criteria and tender documents. Prepare and submit Technical & Financial Bids. Coordinate documentation, EMD, Bank Guarantee, and compliance requirements. Maintain tender records, deadlines, and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal departments for required documents. Participate in Reverse Auctions where applicable. Track bid status and prepare MIS reports. Build a pipeline of suitable government opportunities.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with GeM and e-Tender portals.



Strong knowledge of Government procurement procedures. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PDF documentation. Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines. Experience 2–5 years of experience in Government Tendering. Experience in Aviation, Engineering, Infrastructure, IT, Travel, or Industrial procurement is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Salary ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience) Performance Incentives. Preferred Candidate Immediate joiner preferred. Robust attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously. Positive attitude and result-oriented approach.
