- Strong relationships with reinsurers, insurers, brokers, and underwriters, with experience generating new business.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the Renewable Energy vertical with a primary focus on driving business growth and Facultative (FAC) reinsurance placements.
- Develop and expand the Renewable Energy and Energy Reinsurance portfolio through strategic business development initiatives.
- Structure, negotiate, and place complex Solar PV, Renewable Energy, and infrastructure risks in domestic and international markets.




- Build and manage robust relationships with reinsurers, insurers, brokers, underwriters, EPC contractors, power producers, manufacturers, investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Design innovative risk transfer solutions and negotiate pricing, capacity, coverage, and placement terms with reinsurers.
- Prepare placement slips, underwriting submissions, reinsurance proposals, and renewal strategies for complex risks.
- Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless servicing and retention of reinsurance accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends and regulatory developments, and represent the organization at industry events to strengthen market presence and drive revenue growth.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in insurance, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field.
