Experience :

Minimum 2 year’s experience in Foundry field – Melting operation

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong in Melting furnace operation, Furnace Maintenance,Lining,Production activities, safety compliance, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise daily furnace operations and production activities.

· Monitor temperature controls, fuel consumption, and heating cycles.

· Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials.

· Maintain production targets and quality standards.

· Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures and PPE usage.

· Coordinate with maintenance team for furnace servicing and breakdown.

· Reduce fuel wastage and improve operational efficiency.

· Maintain daily production and temperature reports.





· Train and guide furnace operations and helpers.

· Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

· Monitor refractory lining condition and furnace efficiency.

Technical Requirements.

· Knowledge of industrial furnaces. (Induction Melting Furnaces)

· Understanding of heat treatment processes.

· Experience in temperature control systems & PLC basics.

· Knowledge of metallurgy basics.

· Familiar with refractory materials and maintenance.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
