Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Soft Skills Trainers to deliver employability training programs for students and job seekers. The trainer should be able to conduct engaging, interactive sessions that improve participants' communication, workplace readiness, and qualified skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality soft skills training sessions.
- Train participants in communication, presentation, interpersonal, and workplace skills.
- Conduct activities, role plays, group discussions, and mock interviews.
- Improve participants' confidence, teamwork, and professional etiquette.
- Maintain attendance and training reports.
- Coordinate with the program team to ensure successful training delivery.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Tamil is an added advantage).




- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Knowledge of employability and corporate workplace expectations.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in soft skills, employability, or corporate training is preferred.
- Fresh trainers with excellent communication and presentation skills may also apply.
