Job DescriptionWe are looking for a womenswear designer with strong retail experience and a clear understanding of the end-to-end design process - from market research and concept development to range planning, sourcing, and execution. The candidate should be articulate, process-driven, and comfortable coordinating cross-functionally with buying, sourcing, and vendor teams to ensure timely and commercially viable product delivery.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Conduct seasonal market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking.

- Develop design conceptsaligned with brand vision and seasonal direction.

- Lead range planning with a strong understanding of price architecture and retail strategy.
N
- Work closely with buying and merchandising teams to ensure commercial relevance.
N
- Coordinate with sourcing teams and vendors for fabric, trims, and product development.
N
- Manage vendor communication and follow-ups through sampling to production.
N
- Create detailed tech packs, specifications,



and production-ready documentation.
N
- Design across woven andknit categories with solid product understanding.
N
- Monitor sampling, fittings, and product refinement through the development cycle.
N
- Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

nRequirement:

- 3+ years of relevant womenswear retail design experience.

- Strong knowledge of design process, sourcing cycles, and garment construction.
N
- Hands-on experience with range building and seasonal calendars.
N
- Excellent communicationand coordination skills.

- Proficiency in design and presentation tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
N
- Strong understanding offabric, fit, and silhouette development, illustration, embroidery, and knitting.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
