Write stuff people want to read: Draft digital campaigns, social content, and influencer hooks that stop the scroll — and make sense of the product, the fit, the fabric, the moment it's meant for.

Shape our brand voice: Speak fluently fits, fabrics, trends — and shift tone from Gen-Z banter to polished storytelling as the platform demands.

Think in calendars, not just captions: Help plan what gets posted and suggesting themes, formats, and timing across platforms, including how it ties to drops, seasons, and fashion moments (no technical scheduling tools required).

Own the brainstorms: Bring fresh, weird, and wonderful ideas to the table, and jump on a trending audio or fashion moment before it's dead.

Fashion-fluent: You've studied fashion, styling, or fashion communication, or you've spent real time writing copy/social for a fashion or apparel brand. You know the difference between oversized and boxy, and you don't need a brief to explain what "smart casual" means.

Concept-driven: You don't just fill character counts and think in visuals, hooks, and big-picture campaign ideas.

Socially switched-on: You have a working sense of how content performs across platforms and can suggest what might work, even if you're not the one hitting "publish."

Terminally online, fashionably obsessed: You live and breathe internet culture, style trends, and menswear moments. You know what's happening on the timeline before it hits
