Executive Sales & Marketing

Location: Centre for Sight, Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, insurance partners, and other referral sources.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, general physicians, corporates, and healthcare partners.
- Promote Centre for Sight's services, including cataract, LASIK, retina, glaucoma, pediatric ophthalmology, and other specialty eye care services.
- Conduct field visits, referral meetings, health camps, awareness programs, and corporate wellness initiatives.
- Achieve monthly patient referral, revenue, and business development targets.
- Plan and support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and community outreach programs.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback to support business strategies.
- Maintain records of leads, referrals, daily field visits, and conversion reports.
- Coordinate with operations, counsellors,



and doctors to ensure smooth patient referrals and service delivery.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BBA/B.Com/Any Graduate); MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in healthcare sales, hospital marketing, diagnostics, pharma, or medical device sales.
- Familiarity with the Hyderabad healthcare market is an added advantage.
