Promoters and Builders Pvt. Ltd. delivers building construction projects on an EPC basis, working predominantly with government and public-sector clients across Jharkhand, Bihar and Delhi NCR. Our work is buildings — institutional, residential and public building projects; we do not undertake roads, highways, bridges, power or industrial plant work.

Our designs are checked against departmental specifications, cleared by statutory authorities and delivered against audited timelines — an error here is a delay and a matter of public record. We build small teams of competent engineers and give them real ownership of their discipline.

The role. You will own electrical design for DPBL's EPC building projects from our Delhi office — load assessment, HT and LT distribution,

lighting, earthing and lightning protection, through to electrical inspectorate approval and DISCOM sanction. This is a design-office role, not a site supervision role. What you will do

- Connected load and maximum demand assessment; diversity and demand factor selection; load schedules
- HT and LT distribution design; substation layout, transformer sizing, DG sizing and synchronisation, UPS sizing and autonomy
- Single line diagrams, riser diagrams, panel schedules and cable schedules
- Cable sizing with derating for ambient, grouping and installation method; voltage drop and short circuit withstand checks; fault level calculation and protection coordination
- Internal and external lighting and lux calculations on DIALux or Relux, including emergency and escape lighting to NBC 2016




- Earthing and lightning protection to IS 3043 and IS/IEC 62305; coordination of fire alarm, PA, CCTV, access control and BMS interfaces
- Electrical inspectorate approval and DISCOM load sanction documentation; DBR, specifications, BOQ and GFC sets in AutoCAD What you must have
- B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum five years in building electrical design — site execution, testing, maintenance and panel manufacturing do not substitute
- Ability to independently prepare load schedules, single line diagrams and cable sizing calculations
- Working command of NBC 2016 Part 8 Section 2, IS 732, IS 3043, CEA regulations and CPWD specifications
- Experience with electrical inspectorate approval or DISCOM load sanction documentation
- AutoCAD proficiency sufficient to issue a complete GFC set; DIALux or Relux; demonstrated experience on building projects executed in EPC mode Preferred

Government, PSU or department building projects (CPWD, PWD, NBCC, HSCC, state departments) • ETAP or equivalent for load flow, short circuit and relay coordination • 11 kV or 33 kV building substation design • solar PV integration and net metering • Revit MEP. Who this role is not for

Fresh graduates and students; engineers whose experience is entirely electrical execution, site supervision, testing and commissioning,
