Role & responsibilities

Seeking an experienced Siemens PCS7 engineer for rotation shift role. The ideal candidate should have strong background in Electrical and instrumentation (mainly Siemens DCS) with experience in cement grinding unit.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communication (EC), or Electronics & Instrumentation (EI).
- 5-8 years of experience in Electrical and Instrumentation, preferably in the cement or heavy industrial sector.
- Hands-on expertise in Siemens PCS7 systems, including configuration, programming, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of field instrumentation, hydraulic and pneumatic systems,



industrial automation, and communication protocols (e.g., Profibus, Profinet).
- Experience with electrical equipment, including VFDs, MV VFDs, and power distribution systems.
- Prior experience in cement grinding unit operations is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of SCADA, HMI, and PLC programming in Siemens PCS7 FBD programming.
- Understanding of predictive maintenance techniques and modern automation trends.

Should ready to relocate to Salem, Tamil Nadu.

Notice Period: Not more than 2 months preferred.
