Divisional Sales Manager (DSM)

About the Role

HyreSpot is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Divisional Sales Manager to drive business growth through channel partnerships and market expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing partner relationships, generating revenue, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, recruit, and onboard channel partners in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
- Promote HyreSpot’s recruitment and career services to potential partners.
- Generate leads and revenue through the partner network.
- Conduct partner meetings, business presentations, and training sessions.
- Monitor partner performance and provide ongoing support to improve results.
- Track sales activities, lead conversions, and revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Analyze market trends and identify new expansion opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Channel Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, Franchise Development, or Partner Management.




- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
