Role Description The Director of Sales Marketing is a full-time, hybrid role based in South Delhi. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand the client base, and strengthen brand positioning within the commercial interiors market.

Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales and marketing teams, overseeing sales operations, managing key client relationships, and identifying current business opportunities. The Director will collaborate closely with design, project management, and leadership teams to align go-to-market plans with service capabilities,



prepare and present proposals, monitor performance metrics, and optimize campaigns. This position also requires regular market research, competitor analysis, and participation in industry events to enhance visibility and build strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales and Business Development skills, with a track record of driving revenue growth and securing new accounts in B2B or commercial services.
- Experience in Sales Operations and Customer Service, ensuring efficient processes, accurate forecasting, and high client satisfaction.
- Demonstrated Team Management capabilities, including leading cross-functional teams, coaching talent, and fostering a performance-driven culture.
- Proficiency in strategic marketing planning, brand positioning, and campaign management across digital and traditional channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and close complex deals.
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable with CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting to inform decision-making.
- Experience in interiors, construction, real estate, or related project-based industries is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
