Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, and performance marketing. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Manage SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content strategy.
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, email marketing, and website pages.
- Manage and grow MatchValley's social media presence.




- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Generate high-quality leads through paid and organic marketing strategies.
- Optimise landing pages and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to execute marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Understanding of social media marketing strategies.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress and website management.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools.
- Good copywriting and content creation skills.
- Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of AI-powered marketing tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
