Manahsparsh is a growing online mental health practice, serving Indians globally - through therapy & ADHD Support. We're building a strong organic presence to reach people who need support — we have our basics (audience, buckets, funnels) in place need someone who can turn clarity into consistent, trackable, lead-generating content. The Role

Digital Marketing Executive who can own our content marketing and social media execution end-to-end — from content calendaring and posting to engagement, funnel implementation, performance tracking and strategic changes.

Your goal is to drive qualified leads through organic content while maintaining brand consistency and audience engagement.

It's an execution + optimization role for someone who thinks in systems and wants to drive tangible impact in the business. What you’ll Own

Content Strategy and Planning

Collaborate with founder monthly on content strategy, bucket priorities, and platform focus based on performance data

Collaborate with founder to improve and optimize tracking and reporting systems

Recommend ads budget allocation for high-performing posts

Weekly calendar: 6 pieces/week with a balanced content mix (pillars, buckets, customer segments, format)

Content Writing

Write engaging captions, reel scripts, posts, WA API msgs, newsletters with compelling hooks and CTA to drive leads

Follow brand guidelines, mental health best practices (provided)

Coordinate with our team to get content shoot-ready, approved and published on schedule





Tracking & Tagging

Create and maintain a live content tracker and calendar

Tag every post for platform, type, status, audience segment, bucket, budget, performance

Create and set up UTM links for funnel oriented and lead generating content

Execution and Engagement

Schedule and post the content according to calendar

Reply to all DMs/comments same-day across platforms

Proactively engage with target audience and relevant accounts across platforms

Flag high-intent leads to our Wellbeing Coordinator same-day

Funnel & Optimization

Execute funnel sequences depending on audience stage (Awareness → consideration → decision → retention)

Run 2 A/B tests per month (captions, CTAs, or posting times)

Use and manage approved funds for creating targetted ads

Analytics and reporting

Monitor native platform analytics (reach, watch time, saves) weekly

Monthly report (due 1st Friday): what worked, which bucket converted, what to change next

Track platform algorithm shifts, flag content fatigue and propose adjustments

Track ads performance using meta ads manager What We're Looking ForMust-Haves:

✅ 1–3 years of hands-on experience in content marketing for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, WA API, Reddit for a brand or business (Scheduling, posting, engagement,



performance tracking)

✅ Strong copywriting skills — you can write engaging, copy (tailored to platform & audience) that drives action

✅ Data & analytics knowledge — can create & maintain tracking system, read platform insights, spot trends, and draw conclusions that drive strategy changes

✅ Organized & Deadline Driven— Able to follow schedules, systems, trackers & calendars consistently & effectively

✅ Coordination skills —Comfortable briefing designers/editors and managing timelines

Good-to-Haves (Bonus Points):

✅ Interest or background in mental health, psychology, or wellness

✅ Curiosity and excitement to learn and grow in Marketing

✅ Familiarity with CRM/funnel tools

✅ Knowledge of marketing or lead generation strategies
