Conduct thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments to ensure compliance with the bank’s lending policies and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and offer appropriate banking products.
Collaborate with internal teams including credit, operations, and compliance to facilitate seamless loan processing and disbursal.
Monitor loan performance and proactively address any issues related to repayments or client concerns.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional banking products and services to enhance client value and bank revenue.
Prepare detailed reports on loan portfolio status, client interactions, and market trends for senior management review.
Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to advise clients effectively.
Participate in training and development programs to continuously enhance product knowledge and relationship management skills.
Educational
Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in banking with a focus on retail or SME lending, particularly in fast track loan products.
