Job Purpose The Control Center Executive is responsible for continuously monitoring Driver Monitoring System (DMS) events to ensure safe driving practices and enhance operational safety. The role involves real-time monitoring, prompt intervention, incident reporting, and coordination with field teams to reduce unsafe driving behavior and improve compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor Driver Monitoring System (DMS) alerts and events in real time.

Identify unsafe driving behaviors such as fatigue, distraction, mobile phone usage, seat belt non-compliance, overspeeding, and other safety violations.

Contact drivers immediately, whenever required, to guide them on corrective actions.

Escalate critical safety incidents to the Operations and Safety teams as per the escalation matrix.

Maintain accurate logs of all DMS alerts, interventions, and actions taken.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports.

Coordinate with depot teams, driver managers, and operations personnel for timely resolution of safety issues.

Ensure compliance with company safety policies and standard operating procedures.

Report system issues and coordinate with the technical support team for resolution.





Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance driver safety and operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

Educational qualification may be relaxed for candidates with relevant experience.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in the transport industry at a supervisory level.

Experience in passenger transport, school buses, goods vehicles, commercial fleets, or public transport operations is preferred.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi.

Basic proficiency in English is preferred.

Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, email, and monitoring software).

Good observation, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a 24x7 shift environment.

Robust coordination and reporting skills.
