Roles & Responsibilities:

- Participate in daily rounds of patients, assessments of clinical status and documentation of current, complete records and Patients File.
- Patient Counseling.
- Write transfer and discharge notes on case paper as per requirement.
- Any other work as and when required

Preferred candidate profile BAMS/BHMS with Fresher & above experience Perks and Perks Best & Negotiable in Hospital Industry
