Roles & Responsibilities:

- Candidate from Insurance/Sales/Credit Card Sales/Field Sales background would be preferred.
- Sound knowledge of Motor Insurance and Drive Motor insurance sales through the agency channel
- Primary role - Drive sales through the agency network, create a distribution network of agents.
- Responsible for Recruitment, onboarding and activation of Partners/Agents.
- Helping Partners/Agents in the sales calls by traveling with them for the same and taking the onus of closure of sales.
- Conduct continuous agent training program.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients.

Skills Required

- Should be familiar with basics of Insurance. Should have solid convincing power.
- Industry Experience will be preferred.
- Positive attitude & proactive/ sales driven.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Should be confident, self-motivated and Interactive.

Maximum CTC- 4LPA

Minimum Qualification Graduation
