We are currently seeking a Director- Risk Adjustment with excellent operational acumen and people management skills. Director will be required to communicate with the client (externally) and various departments of Cotiviti (internally) to ensure a high quality of service. Achieving and surpassing service level benchmarks would be a key responsibility.

A valuable understanding of the processes and managing them through frequently occurring changes will be vital for meeting SLAs. Managing resources, their issues and their career planning is required for the team continuously improve their performance which would result in client delight. Handle large number of teams with the support of managers, AMs and team leads.

Minimum Graduation mandatory

CPC/CRC/CIC/CCS certification

Open to work from Coimbatore

- Manage a Headcount of 500-600 resources based out of multiple locations




- Manage P&L; and efficiency goals for the above span
- Manage and meet the defined SLA (Exceed the service levels agreements benchmarks - Productivity, Quality, Turn Around Time)
- Manage process knowledge through PKTs.
- Performance Management. Optimum staff availability and utilization
- Talent Engagement & Development. Meeting the expected NPS score
- Succession Planning
- Control Annual Voluntary Attrition
- Implement Process Improvement Ideas (Automation/Change in workflow) that improves the Productivity/Quality/Turnaround Time
- Successful POC on project assigned
- Expansion of HCC inhouse coding capabilities
- Meeting all the expectation of the onshore Customer facing and Operations teams.
- Effective and timely communication with all stake holders based on various requirements
